Common questions

How is this different from Dodge or ConstructConnect?

Dodge and ConstructConnect surface projects after they hit a public bid board. We surface the same projects earlier, when the SEC filing, the permit, the capex disclosure, or the prebid attendance list first appears. Same projects, weeks to months of head start, while the spec is still being shaped.

How fresh is the data?

Most sources refresh nightly. SEC filings and FERC certificates land in the pipeline within hours of publication. Building permits and state DOT capital plans refresh daily. Every signal includes a source URL so your reps can verify directly with the issuing agency.

What does it cost?

Pricing depends on territory size, integration depth, and tier. Our flagship tier locks territory exclusivity, so no two customers compete for the same signals in the same metro. We share the full sheet on the call so you can see exactly what your team gets.

Why limit each intake to 10 territories?

Each onboarding includes territory-specific signal modeling, CRM integration, and rep training. Past 10 per month, quality slips. We would rather onboard fewer customers right than rush. If the June 1 intake fills, the next one is July 1.

What CRMs do you support?

Salesforce (including Salesforce Maps and Enterprise Territory Management), HubSpot, Outreach, and Pipedrive. If you are not on one of those, your reps work directly in our standalone dashboard. Either way, no new tool to learn.

Is this just permit data?

No. Permits are one of 24 signal types we track. The pipeline also pulls SEC capex disclosures, capital improvement plans, FERC certificates, USAspending IIJA awards, prebid attendance lists, oversize and overweight load permits, FAA obstruction notices, and more. Permits alone do not give you the full picture.

What happens after the walkthrough?

If your team is a fit, we onboard your territory in 7 to 10 days. If we are not the right tool right now, you keep the territory intel we pulled for the call. No hard sell, no commitment.

How it works

Real public data, no guessing

Permits, pre bid meetings, SEC filings, construction loans, utility approvals. The same paper trail every project leaves behind, surfaced before procurement starts.
