Your newsletter information

Updated October 19, 2026.

CapexLayer records the email address, optional company, selected publications and consent version you submit. Our research website request store records receipt of the request. These records are used to process your request and deliver the publications you choose.

Email editions have not started yet. Saving a request is not confirmation of an active subscription. We will ask you to confirm before editions begin.

A video view, LinkedIn follow, business inquiry or interview submission does not subscribe you to email. We do not sell your email as a contact list. Requests are stored in our research website database; newsletter delivery is intended to use our existing Listmonk system.

Every delivered edition will include an unsubscribe link. To withdraw a pending request, correct your details or request deletion, email david@capexlayer.com. Suppression records may be retained to respect a withdrawal.
