Your access request

We record the details you submit, including name, email, company, role, market, use case, request type, and consent time. We use access requests to review fit and contact you about an invitation. Joining the waitlist does not grant access or guarantee an invitation date.

Optional signals and product updates

CapexLayer Signals & Updates is a separate email choice. We send it only after you request it and confirm your email. A waitlist entry or founder booking alone is not permission for marketing emails. Selecting updates does not subscribe you to our editorial newsletters.

Each email includes unsubscribe and preference links. We retain the suppression information needed to respect an unsubscribe. We do not sell your email as a contact list.

Booking and service providers

Founder appointments use our existing scheduling provider. Access requests and subscription records are stored in the systems used to operate CapexLayer. Only submit information you are permitted to share. Do not include confidential customer data in this form.
